We aim to provide affordable and comfortable housing to students, within walking distance of USC. We have over 30 years of experience and our service staff work day and night to maintain the properties. We try to help whenever we can, repairing damaged areas, fixing toilets, etc, and our office staff answer the various questions asked by the tenants or those who wish to apply.
